Markings:  This rifle has the serial in the bottom of the receiver and trigger housing. The barrel and receiver have matching proof marks on top, the barrel is marked, “WINCHESTER TRADE MARK MADE IN U.S.A. / MODEL 63 22 LONG RIFLE / SUPER SPEED AND SUPER X” The rear iron is marked, “MARBLE’S GLADSTONE MICH, U.S.A.”

Sights / Optics The front sight is a dovetail square blade with a brass insert, the rear sight is an adjustable leaf spring U-notch rear sight. There is a weaver rail built into the top of the receiver.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a two piece smooth walnut with a straight comb, semi-pistol grip buttstock and knurled steel buttplate. There are only minor pressure dents on both stocks. There is a loading hole in the right side and a plunger tube in the rear of the buttstock. This stock rates in about Excellent overall condition.

Magazine Quantity & Condition: 10 Round Internal Mag Tube. Very Good condition.

Finish Originality: Refinished

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates at a 10/10.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are only very small nicks on the top of the receiver. The markings are somewhat clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent to Like-New condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
