Markings: The left side of the slide is marked “FABRIQUE NATIONALE D’ARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE / BROWNING’S PATENT DEPOSE”.  The left side of the frame is marked “67455”.  The right side of the slide and frame are marked each with a set of two proofs.  The chamber is marked “CAL. 6m/m 35” with a series of Belgium proofs on top.  The front left side of the trigger guard is marked with a boxed proof. The backstrap is stamped with three initials “W H K”.

Barrel Length: 2.1”

Sights / Optics: The front sight is an integral blade to the slide and the rear sight is a u-notch integral to the slide as well. The top of the slide is serrated for glare reduction.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are checkered black synthetic with smooth borders and “FN” molded at their tops.  There are some scattered little marks on the smooth borders. The checkering is intact and crisp.  There are no chips or cracks. The grips are in about Excellent overall condition given their age.

Magazine Quantity & Condition:  One 6rd .25 ACP magazine in Very Good condition.

Type of Finish: Nickel-Chrome

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is some buildup in the grooves.  In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10 for C&R.

Overall Condition:  This handgun retains about 98% of its metal finish.There are micro scuffs and scratches throughout the slide and frame.  The pinheads are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Fine condition for C&R.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards. The safety locks the slide in place and prevents the pistol from being racked.
