Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “F062706 / 1:9” 223 REM”. The left side of the receiver is marked “F062706 / MADE IN / CZECH REPUBLIC”, “CZ 527 VARMINT” with the CZ logo. The right side of the receiver is marked with one proof and includeds the year of manufacture “21”. The top of the receiver is marked “CZ-USA. KANSAS CITY, KS”.
Barrel Length: 25.6” Varmint Barrel with recessed crown. Threaded to ½ x 28.
Sights / Optics: The top of the receiver has milled scope rails fitted with a picatinny rail for the mounting of optics.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is one-piece checkered Turkish walnut with right handed palm swell, vertical pistol grip, straight comb, 2 forward mount sling studs, and one rear mount sling stud and Rubber buttpad. The LOP measures 14” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. There is no handling wear however, there is a small stain in the finish on the bottom of the stock just in front of the magazine well. The stock rates in about Very Good to Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is one very small scratch on the left side of the receiver. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
