Markings: The right side of the chamber is marked with several proofs including “01” the year of manufacture.  The Top of the chamber is marked “.223 REM”.  The left side of the receiver is marked “90938 / MADE IN / CZECH REPUBLIC”, “CZ 527 VARMINT” with CZ’s logo. The back of the buttpad is marked “H-S PRECISION”. The left side of the Action is marked “”CZ-USA, KANSAS CITY, KS”. The magazine follower is marked “223 REM”.

Sights / Optics: No Iron sight provisions. The top of the receiver is milled for scope mounting options.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a Kevlar Aluminum Bedded H-S Precision Varmint Style stock.  With an ambidextrous palm swell semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb, 2 sling studs, rubber buttpad, and triangle forend. The LOP measures 13” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The Stock shows almost no signs of wear. The stock rates in about Excellent to Like New overall condition.

Magazine Quantity & Condition: One 5 round .223 REM. single stack magazine in  Like New condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows minimal to no wear. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with its factory box, magazine, paperwork, test target, bolt case and owner’s manual.
