Our Assessment: Alexander Arms was founded in 2001 by Bill Alexander. Alexander was the top armorer in the UK, but what he designed in new weapons and small arms cartridges would not satisfy his ravenous hunger to design further. Alexander’s imagination allowed him to push for the development of the .50 Beowulf and 6.5 Grendel cartridges. These cartridge designs led to the masterfully engineered compatibility with the AR-15 assault rifle. Hence the foundation of Alexander Arms was built upon these two cartridges. Today, the company’s efforts are to design and produce firearms that will hunt, compete, and win the war on terrorism and fight like no others on the market.

POF-USA, founded in 2002 by aerospace engineer Frank DeSomma, set out to solve two common problems with gas impingement systems. The development of the Regulated Short-Stroke Gas Piston System and their precise op-rod/piston geometry with regulated gas pressure enabled for precisely controlled and enhanced extraction/feeding reliability.

This Beowulf 50 AAR15 is in Excellent condition with a lot to offer. Whether to suit your hobby desires in collecting, hunting or simply blowing big holes in targets, this .50 Beowulf will do the trick. The Alexander Arms receiver topped with the POF Predator P-9X Upper make it unique among others of its make, while the grips and magazine included with this firearm add the seasoning on top to make this model firing range ready. With the heavier punch of its round these will provide control and comfort when in use. This rifle feels great and looks badass. It will be a great addition to your personal armory.

We did not fire this firearm while it was in our possession.
