Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “ARMALITE GENESEO ILLINOIS AR-50 CAL. 50BMG / SER. US70289”. The buttpad is marked “DECELERATOR”. The scope is marked “VORTEX VIPER 50 / VORTEX VIPER 6-24X50”. The bolt and cocking handle are stamped “289”.
Barrel Length: 28″, 32” with the Tank Brake.
Sights / Optics: Mounted atop the raised picatinny riser is a Vortex Viper 6-24 x 50mm rifle scope. The scope has exposed turrets, first focal plane reticle, side parallax adjustment and an illuminated reticle(at the time of testing the battery was dead). The sight picture is clear. The scope is in Very Good Condition.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The receiver is bedded to the V shaped, three piece aluminum stock, with an adjustable cheek riser and buttplate. There is also a Harris style bi pod mount/sling swivel mounted to the forend. The buttplate has a Decelerator butt pad mounted to it. The Length of pull is 15” from the front of the trigger to the rear of the butt pad. The pistol grip is an A2 style AR15 grip. The stock has been colored green. The stock has surface scratches and handling marks throughout. The rubber on the cheek riser has begun to peel back from the rear edge. The rubber on the butt pad is very soft. Overall the stock is in Good Condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is gray and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. There is some stubborn fouling present. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 8/10.
Overall Condition: The rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The muzzle brake has some fouling build up, with green oxidation on the baffles. The bolt face also has some green oxidation on it. Overall this rifle is in Good to Very Good Condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle includes its mounted scope, bikini scope caps, scope owners manual and paperwork, owners manual, microfiber cloth, rifle case which doubles as a shooting mat, and ballistic chart.
