Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “264 MAG”. The left side of the receiver has British proof marks. The right side of the receiver is marked “7D244/MADE IN ENGLAND”. The bolt knob has a British proof mark and the bolt handle has “244” labeled on it.

Sights / Optics: There are no sights on this rifle. It is equipped with a J.UNERTL 4x power scope on a Parker Hale mount.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a beautiful original wood finish in very good condition with slight marks from wear and age. It is a one piece checkered, with a semi pistol grip capped, and a vented rubber buttstock.The LOP measures 13 ½” from the front of the trigger to the back of the rubber buttpad. The stock rates in Very Good overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is some rust and pitting in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates a 7/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95 of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows some age and wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
