Markings: The right side of the receiver is marked “Ducks Unlimited Pacific Edition”, “84DU0663”. The left side of the receiver is marked “Browning / BPS”, “the Coastal”. The left side of the barrel is marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE IN JAPAN”. The right side of the barrel is marked “INVECTOR BPS SPECIAL STEEL 12GA – 2 ¾” AND 3” FIELD MODEL-28””. Both sides of the receiver are engraved with scroll work and the left side has a Engraved DU Medallion riveted to the receiver.

Choke: Improved Cylinder, Adjustable
Sights / Optics: The checkered barrel vent rib has a fixed white bead installed to a base at the muzzle end. The receiver is also serrated for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is two piece checkered high gloss wood with semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb, finger grooved/checkered pump grip, and rubber vented Browning Buttpad. The LOP measures 14.25” front the front of the trigger to the rear of the buttpad. The stock rates in Excellent condition. There are light scratches throughout along with a couple small compression marks on the buttstock. The checkering is crisp and the peaks are sharp. There are no chips or cracks.

Bore Condition: The smooth bore is bright. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
