Our Assessment:  Built on original Romanian Military parts imported and put together by CAI, the Romanian WASR-10/63 semi-automatic rifles are quality guns with a reputation for reliability and ease of use. The 63’s have a particularly interesting and unique history as they were originally manufactured in Romania to use Single Stack magazines. CAI reconfigured the receivers to receive double stack magazines after import.  This rifle retains its pre ban type configuration with its intact bayonet lug, cleaning rod receiver, threaded barrel, and sporter buttstock with trap door.  Although not sporting the original wood furniture, this rifle still features U.S. quality UTG PRO furniture built on original military parts that should peak any AK enthusiast’s interest.  The classic Kalashnikov AK47’s are arguably the most famous and notorious firearms in the world as they are featured on more country flags than any other. The AK47 created a base line of defense for any country looking for sovereignty in a Modern Warfare world.  Now is your chance to own a wonderful example of one or add another to a collection of your own as no arsenal can have too many Kalashnikov rifles.  It’s up to you, but you have to bid on it first! Good Luck!
