Markings: The import mark on the left side of the receiver reads “SKS M. 7.62X39MM BTC S.EL MONTE. CA MADE IN CHINA BY NORINCO”. The left side of the receiver is marked with the serial number “94 41938”. The top of the bolt is marked “41938”. The rear sight is marked “1-10” and “3” at the base.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a hooded adjustable post. The rear sight is a “U” notched sliding escalator leaf sight marked from “1-10” and “3” at the base.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a basic wooden SKS stock with elevated comb, finger grooves in the handguard, and a rubber buttplate. The LOP measures 14.25” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The stock rates in about Fine overall condition, with mild scratching throughout.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish mild general wear with light scratching throughout. The left side of the barrel has a particular scuff from sling rub. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are crisp. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine Condition. Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
