Markings: Left side of the lower receiver marked with rampant Colt logo and below that is marked “M4 CARBINE CAL. 5.56MM LE 356115”. Behind the safety switch is stamped “COLT DEFENSE HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A.” along with “SAFE” and “FIRE”. Top of the barrel is marked “C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7”. Right side of the lower receiver marked “SAFE” and “FIRE”. Upper receiver, below rear sight, marked with “C” next to the keyhole forge mark. The top of the scope is marked “BARSKA 1-4×28”. The Bolt Carrier is marked, “C” and the neck of the Bolt Head is marked “MPC”. These are correct Colt factory markings.
Barrel Length: 16”. 17.25” with A2 Flash Hider
Sights / Optics: The front sight is A2-style post and the rear sight is flip up Magpul Back-up Sight MBUS on top of an integrated picatinny rail. The picatinny rail is mounted with a Barska 1-4×28 Riflescope.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The buttstock is a polymer collapsible M4 style buttstock with sling slot, sling ring, and checkered integrated buttplate. The pistol grip is a standard A2 checkered polymer grip. The handguard is a carbine length round ribbed polymer handguard. The front of the handguard has a sling swivel and under the gas block is a bayonet lug. The receiver has forward assist, dust cover, and case deflector. The LOP measures 13.25” from the front of the trigger to the back of the fully extended buttstock. The stock rates in about Very Good overall condition. There are no chips or cracks. The checkering on the grip is moderately fulled. The buttstock has some very light rub marks.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: One 30rd Colt 5.56 magazine in Very Good condition. There is operation wear but the leading edges are sharp and the spring is strong.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. There is some light patina in the muzzle and muzzle device.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows wear along the rear sight screws. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
