Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “CZ SCORPION EVO 3 S1”. The right side of the receiver reads “C007101” “CZ-USA KANSAS CITY, KS” and “MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC” as well as “ WARNING READ MANUAL BEFORE USE”. Both sides of the handguard are marked with the M-LOK logo. The BCG is marked “9×19 16 C007101”. The faux suppressor is marked “SilenderCo / WEST VALLEY CITY, UT / NO OCTANE 9 HD 9MM / OCT19-0000”.
Barrel Length: 16.2”. Has a SilencerCo Faux Suppressor screwed to the barrel.
Sights / Optics: The top of the rifle is an uninterrupted picatinny rail with iron sights mounted. The front sight is an adjustable post sight between two serrated protective ears, the rear sight is an adjustable peep sight with 4 different apertures.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The buttstock is a polymer folding stock with LOP adjustment and rubber buttpad (The folding function has been fixed for previous CA compliance). The LOP measures 14.25” from the front of the trigger to the back of the rubber buttpad fully extended. The pistol grip is polymer with serrations on the front and back. The handguard is an M LOK handguard. The left side of the receiver has two sling attachment points as well as another two on the right side of the receiver. Has ambidextrous safety. The non reciprocating charging handle is located on the upper left part of the handguard. The stock rates in Excellent condition. This rifle comes with its removed ambi magazine release for previous state compliance.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows little to no operation wear. The screw heads are sharp. The pins are clean. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions as intended. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements. The magazine release and the folding stock have both been disabled for compliance, but may be restored.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with a total of two magazines, a CZ bore snake, its original mag release, Raddblock, and owner’s manual.
