Markings: This rifle has engraving on the receiver and trigger guard. There are proof marks on the bolt. The serial is under the barrel by the forend. The barrel is also marked, “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST LOUIS MO. & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE IN BELGIUM / BROWNING PATENT / 22 LONG RIFLE”

Stock Configuration & Condition: This rifle has a 2 piece checkered semi-pistol grip stock set with a straight comb. There is minor scratching on the stock, the checkering is sharp.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are small nicks on the receiver. This rifle displays light operation. The screw heads are sharp and the pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly without the mag tube. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
