Our Assessment: Guys, we’ve talked about the FNH FNX-45 Tactical before, but now we’re gonna take it up a notch with the Trijicon RMR® Type 2 Red Dot Sight. This is one of the best red dot sights on the market and it’s the perfect addition to this already impressive pistol.
First off, the FNX-45 Tactical Pistol is chambered in .45 ACP, which is a powerful and reliable caliber. It has a 15-round magazine capacity, which is pretty impressive for a pistol. Plus, the threaded barrel allows you to easily attach a suppressor, making this gun perfect for covert operations or just having some fun at the range.

Sights / Optics: The sights are high-profile combat night sights and this set includes two mounting bases to accept multiple styles of optional red-dot electronic sights. The top of the slide is cut to fit RMR Sights. The top of the slide is mounted with a Trijicon Red Dot RMR Sight. The sight picture is clear, the DOT is strong.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are synthetic with minimal to no visible wear. The backstrap is adjustable and this set comes with 3 additional backstraps. The grips are heavily checkered, front front strap serrations for optimal grip control even with gloves. There is an accessory 1913 rail under the barrel for flashlight and laser attachments. The barrel is threaded. Ambidextrous built with slide releases, safety lever, and magazine release buttons. There is a “Loaded Chamber” indicator on the right rear side of the ejection port. The grips rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is some noticeable operation wear on top of the chamber. There are no notable scratches on the slide. The screw heads are sharp and the pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition as near new condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
