Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “F.I.E. CORP. MIAMI FLA USA / READ WARNINGS BEFORE USING / MANUAL FREE F.I.E. MIAMI FLA 33054”. On the bottom of the receiver are some proof markings including the Date Code: AI. The right side of the receiver is marked, “SPAS 12 -L. FRANCHI S.P.A. BRESCIA MADE IN ITALY” with its serial number below “AB1414”.
Barrel Length: 21 in threaded with original thread protector.
Sights / Optics: Non-adjustable circular aperture rear sight and a large, non-adjustable blade foresight integrated into the barrel. The rear sight serves as a latch for the top folding stock.
Stock Configuration & Condition: Folding metal stock with hook and polymer pump grip. There are minimal scuffs and a few scratches on furniture from responsible storage. The safety selector is its original oversized lever. No defects are noticed. The button in the pump grip allows for switching between pump action and semi-auto. Pump action serves to cycle riot control ammunition. The stocks rate in about Excellent overall condition. 8+1 Capacity.

Bore Condition: The smoothbore is mirror bright. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 97% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows some light scuffs and scratches as well as some operation wear on the handguard from the pump. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are crisp and clear. There is some finish loss around the feeding plate. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Fine-Excellent condition given its age.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
