Markings: The left side of the chamber is marked, “READ OWNER’S MANUAL BEFORE USING GUN Benelli Arms S.p.A.- Made In Italy 12GA 3”-FOR 2 ¾” OR 3” SHELLS (12-76)”. The right side of the barrel is marked, “IMPORTED BY BENELLI USA CORP. ACCOKEEK(MD) MADE IN ITALY MOD. RENAISSANCE”. Both sides of the receiver are marked, “Renaissance”. The bottom of the receiver is marked, “FRANCHI”. The receiver is beautifully scroll engraved of a duck and pheasant flying over a field. The recoil pad is marked, “KICK-EEZ”. The Upper tang is marked with the serial number. The left side of the block is marked, “TA03066 cal 12/76”. The inside of the receiver between the two firing pins is marked, “03066”. Under the forend on both chambers are marked with “18.4” with proof marks. The inside of the forend has a matching serial number to the receiver.
Barrel Length: 27.5”. Vent-Rib.
Choke: Configured for adjustable chokes. The top barrel choke is Modified. The bottom barrel is Improved Modified.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is an open Red Fiber Optic Bar at the front of the rib. The top of the rib is checkered for glare reduction. There is a white bead half way down the rib to serve as a rear sight for alignment purposes.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut with traditional rounded half pistol grip, straight comb, and black rubber recoil pad. The LOP measures 14” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. Overall, the stocks are in about Fine condition. There are some light scratches on both sides of the buttstock. There are cracks. The bottom of the forend has a release lever. The lockup is firm with no play between the forend and the barrels There is a small chip in the buttstock near the bottom of the left side of the receiver. There are some impression marks on the left side of the buttstock near the bottom.

Bore Condition: The bores are bright. There is no erosion.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish as original. The markings are clear. The screw heads are sharp with strong slots. Overall, this shotgun is in about Excellent condition. There are a couple light scratches on the barrel and the metal rim of the forend that meets the receiver upon fully opening the break-action has lost some of its finish. Please see our photos for a better understanding of this shotgun’s condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly including the ejectors. The safety functions properly when manually set. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards. The break open action is smooth and the lock up and trigger pull is crisp. The mechanical trigger functions properly. First trigger pull fires the first barrel and then second trigger pull fires the other.
