Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “HENRY REPEATING ARMS-RICE LAKE, WI – MADE IN USA”. The right side of the barrel is marked “CAL .357 MAG/.38 SPL”. The upper tang is marked “MODEL H012MX / XBBS02333M”. The buttpad is marked “HENRY”.
Barrel Length: 18.5” with muzzle
Sights/Optics: The front sight is a green fiber optic bar screwed to the barrel. The rear sight is an adjustable u notch sight with two red fiber optic lamps. The top of the receiver is mounted with a picatinny rail for optic options.
Stock Configuration and Condition: The two piece stocks are polymer with semi-pistol grip, straight comb, rubber buttpad, 2 sling swivel, M LOK forend with bottom picatinny rail. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the stocks rate in Excellent condition. There are no signs of handling wear.
Type of Finish: Blued, Black Oxide
Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are some faint scratches on the receiver and some brass marks on the loading plate. The screws are tool marked with strong slots, and all markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. There is a lever safety present. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
