Markings: The right side of the magazine well is marked “WARNING REFER TO OWNER’S MANUAL HK Inc. Columbus, GA Heckler & Koch GmbH Made in Germany”. The left side of the magazine well is marked “Cal. 9mm x 19 CIP N”.  The top of the receiver is marked “HK SP5 272-000943″. The bolt carrier group is marked “CB3001”. The barrel is marked “½-28” as well as on the thread protector. Left side of both magazines are marked “Made in Germany” and “9mmx19”.  The HK Screw driver is marked “1013-W4”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a hooded post and the rear is a diopter rotating drum.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The pistol grip and handguard are synthetic. The smooth pistol grip is synthetic and so is the checkered charging handle along with the smooth handguard. The SP5 features an ambidextrous selector lever with pictographic symbols for “fire” and “safe.” The overall length is 33.5″ and the pistol grip rates in about Excellent overall condition.  The rear of this SP5L is equipped with an adjustable arm brace.  The LOP measures 13” with the arm brace fully extended.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore.

Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no wear.  The screw heads are sharp and the pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
