Markings:  The left side of the receiver is marked “SUPER BLACK EAGLE” with proofs underneath including the date code “BB”.  The left side of the chamber is marked “BENELLI ARMI SPA URBINO ITALY”.  The right side of the barrel is marked “3 ½” MAGNUM CAL. 12 CL”.  The right side of the receiver is marked “HECKLER & KOCH. INC. – STERLING. VA.”.

Sights / Optics:  The front sight is a long green fiber optic bar mounted to the top rib in front of the white bead sight.  There is a white bead at the midlength for alignment purposes.  The barrel rib is serrated for glare reduction.

Stock Configuration & Condition:  The two piece buttstock and handguard are checkered polymer featuring traditional pistol grip, straight comb, rubber recoil pad, and sling swivels located on the bottom of the buttstock and mag tube cap.  The LOP measures 14.25″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the back of the fixed buttstock. The stocks rate in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. There is no visible erosion.

Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 98% of its finish.  The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear.  There are some light scratches on the receiver and some finish loss on the muzzle.  Overall, this shotgun rates in about Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
