Markings:  The left side of the receiver is marked, “Howa Model 1500 MADE IN JAPAN, IMPORTED BY LSI, RENO, NEVADA”.  The top of the barrel is marked, “WARNING: BEFORE USE READ OWNER’S GUIDE FOR SAFE OPERATION–FREE FROM 4750 LONGLEY LANE, SUITE 208, RENO, NV 89502”.  The right side of the chamber is marked, “.375RUGER”.  The right side of the receiver is marked “B249609”.  The bottom of the pistol grip is marked “Spec Ops Stock ™”.  The left side of the buttstock is marked “patent pending Power Pak”.

Barrel Length: 24”

Sights / Optics:  The barrel is drilled, tapped, and filled for front and rear sight provisions. The top of the receiver is drilled, tapped, and filled for mounting rail and scope provisions.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The buttstock is a collapsible Blackhawk Spec Ops Stock with recoil pad, cheek riser, pistol grip, sling stud, sling slot, and LOP adjustment.  The action is bedded in the stock. The barrel is free floating.  The forend has a sling stud in the belly and is in a flat benchrest profile.  There are no signs of previous handling.  There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures approximately 15” from the front of the trigger to the back of the rubber recoil buttpad fully extended. The stock rates in about Excellent Overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The markings are clear. The screwheads are strong. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.  The action is smooth and there are still traces of factory oil on the receiver and bolt.  This rifle is exceptionally clean and appears unfired.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.   Has a 3 position thumb safety on the rear of the receiver next to the bolt as well as an internal mag floor release at the front of the trigger guard for easy cleaning.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories:  This rifle comes with its factory box and gun sleeve.
