The KEL TEC SUB 2000 introduced a pistol caliber rifle that could be folded up and taken anywhere. But where the 9mm round lacked in strength and range, the 5.56 for the SU16 makes up for it. Markings: Left side of the pistol grip and trigger group frame is marked “KEL TEC”. The right side of the chamber is marked “NGS50” on a metal band. The right side of the pistol grip and trigger guard frame is marked “SU-16 5.56mm KEL-TEC CNC INC COCOA FL MADE IN USA”. The buttpad is marked KEL-TEC”. Both magazines are marked “KELTEC” underneath.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a protected wing iron post and the rear sight is an L-Type aperture sight. There is an integrated Picatinny-style rail on top of the receiver to mount your favorite optic.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is made of impact-resistant Zytel. This rifle folds down in half by removing one pin and has a latch that holds it in place. The buttstock has a lower compartment that holds two magazines. Comes with the original Handguard that folds into a bipod and is currently equipped with its tactical handguard with 6 o’clock picatinny rail. The LOP measures 13.75” from the front of the trigger to the back of the fixed buttstock. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition. There are some light scratches.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. The markings are crisp. The screwheads are sharp and pins are unmarred. There is slight wear to the outside of the barrel, the front sight, and the outside of the piston chamber. Overall, this subrifle rates in about Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements. Has a magazine disconnect.
