Markings: The left side of the magwell is marked with the circled “LMT DEFENSE LMT DEFENSE ELDRIDGE, IA USA MULTI-CAL MARS-HS SER. LHS10980”. The safety selector is ambidextrous and is marked with bullet icons on both the left and right sides of the receiver. The right side of the receiver is unmarked with the exception of the safety selector markings and a barcode sticker that reads “LHS10980”. The buffer is marked, “H3”. The bottom of the adjustable stock is marked, “LMT”. The bottom of the trigger guard is marked, “LMT DEFENSE”. The bottom and side of the pistol grip is marked, “LMT” as well as on the bottom. The right side of the upper is marked, “LEWIS MACHINE & TOOL CO. US PATENT # US 8,234,808 BW US 8,561,337 B2”. The top of the barrel is marked, “MP 260 REM 1/9 SS”.

Sights / Optics: The top of this rifle is fitted with a monolithic uninterrupted full length picatinny rail for all your favorite sights and optics.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is an LMT SOPMOD collapsible 6 position stock made of polymer with waterproof battery compartments on each side that also serve as cheek rests. Features LMT MARS AMBI controls. The pistol grip is an LMT Rubber Molded grip for optimal control and comfort. The handguard is an MRP-L CSW 11.75 rail with Full Length LM8 pattern of the 3 6 and 9 o’clock positions. The LOP measures 15.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The stock rates in about “Excellent” overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no wear and still maintains some factory grease in certain places. The screw heads and pins are serviceable and unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this lower rates in about “Excellent” condition.
Mechanics: The trigger and buffer function correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
