Markings:  The left side of the barrel is marked, “CAL 45 LC. / NAVY ARMS CO. RIDGEFIELD N. A. UBERTI MADE IN ITALY” the right side is marked, “SCOFIELD’S PATS JUNE 20TH 71 APR 22ND 73” The serial is on the butt with, “US” The grips have “1877” with “LW / DAL” carved in the wood.

Barrel Length: 7″

Sights/Optics: The front sight is a half moon brass front sight. The rear is a V-notch rear sight.

Stock Configuration and Condition: The grips are two-piece wood grips with thumb scallops. The butt of the grip has some nicks. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the panels are in Excellent condition.

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10

Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is a light turn line. There is light rust on the trigger guard. The serrations on the hammer spur are sharp. Overall this pistol is in Good Condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The cylinder locks with only light play on each chamber. The hammer is smooth. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
