Markings: The right side of the receiver is marked “BERETTA Xcel XA242130 IT20”. The left side of the receiver is marked “A400 – Xcel – 12 GA / MADE IN ITALY – PATENTED”. The Bolt is marked “XA242130” with some proofs and “BLINK”. The right side of the buttpad is marked “KICK-OFF”. The left side of the buttpad is marked “PATENTED” with the Beretta Logo. The right side of the barrel is marked “WARNING READ MANUAL BEFORE USE / BERETTA USA CORP. ACKK. MD / ALLOYED CR. MO. QUENCHED HIGH TENSILE STEEL”, “XA242130 IT20 CIP / S” with a 20 date code. The left side of the barrel is marked “SPORTING / BERETTA – GARDONE V.T.- MADE IN ITALY / OB HP 12 Ga. 76 mm for 2 ¾”-.3”-30”-18.6”. The bottom of the grip is marked “READY FOR GUN POD”.

Sights / Optics: The top of the checkered vented barrel rib has a white rod front sight and a bead at the mid length.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two piece high grade checkered walnut with semi-pistol grip, straight comb, rubber recoil pad, Gun Pod capped grip, checkered forend with finger grooves. The LOP measures 14.25” from the front of the trigger to the rear of the buttpad. The stocks rate in Excellent condition. There are no chips or cracks. The checkering is crisp with only light handling wear.
Type of Finish: Blued Anodized Receiver, Blued Barrel, Purple Anodized charging handle and bolt release.
Finish Originality: Original
Bore Condition: The smooth bore is bright. There is no visible erosion. There are some minor marks in the bore near the chamber.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its finish. There is a scratch on top of the receiver and some operation wear on the top edge of the ejection port. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Very Good condition. There are minor signs of previous operation.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This shotgun comes with its factory hard case and gun oil.
