Markings: The left side of the receiver is marked “PROPERTY OF U.S. GOVT. M16A4 CAL. 5.56MM 810668 PALMETTO STATE ARMORY COLUMBIA S.C. U.S.A. SAFE FIRE BURST”. The right side is marked, “SAFE FIRE BURST” around the opposite end of the selector switch. The right side of the charging handle is marked with a keyhole forge mark.

Sights / Optics: Front post sight with elevation adjustment. The rear sight is an L-type Flip Sight within the carry handle.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The rifle is equipped with a standard A2 fixed stock, pistol grip and ribbed full length front handguard. The polymer parts are very clean and well kept with minimal to no surface wear. There is only some light scratching at the front and rear of the handguard. The LOP measures 13.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttstock. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition. The buttstock has a metal weight inside the trapdoor that fills the buttstock.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is a small scuff on the brass deflector. The inside of the charging handle has a scuff running down the inside likely from a scope mount installed previously. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
