Markings: Left side of the barrel is marked “275 Rigby”. Left side of the receiver is marked “ 712-36140 RUGER M77 HAWKEYE”. Barrel is marked “WARNING–BEFORE USING GUN READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL AVAILABLE FREE FROM –RUGER. NEWPORT. NH U.S.A”. The top of the chamber has a PR proof. The bottom of the floor plate has the Ruger Logo engraved with “RUGER”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a brass beaded blade screwed to an elevated ramp fixed to the barrel via a barrel band. The top of the receiver is dovetailed for factory scope rings. This rifle comes with its factory scope rings.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a checkered wood Mannlicher stock with traditional checkered capped pistol grip, checkered forend, sling swivels, forend nose cap, and Ruger buttpad. The action is bedded in the stock. The LOP measures 13.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the rubber buttpad. There are no chips or cracks. There is no sign of handling wear. The checkering is crisp and the peaks sharp. Overall the stock rates in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows no wear. The screw heads are sharp. The pins are clean. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition. There is no visible wear whatsoever besides a light scratch on the follower from factory testing. Other than that, this rifle is pristine. This rifle has never been operated or fired outside of factory testing.
Mechanics: The action functions as intended. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with its factory box, Owner’s manual factory scope rings and a factory sling swivel for the sling stud. The box and accessories rate in Very Good condition with only light storage and shipping wear on the box with a tear in the center of the lid.
