Markings: Left side of the barrel is marked “.308 WIN.”. Left side of the receiver is marked “781-60183 RUGER M77 MARK II”. Barrel is marked “BEFORE USING GUN READ INSTRUCTION MANUAL AVAILABLE FREE FROM STURM. RUGER & CO. INC., SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A”. The left side of the scope has a Leupold Medallion. The top of the chamber has a PR proof.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a brass beaded blade screwed to an elevated ramp fixed to the barrel via a barrel band. The rear sight is an adjustable flip up open u-notch with a white diamond underneath the notch. The dovetailed receiver is mounted with a Leupold 1.75-6×32 Scope with Butler Creek Lens Covers. The sight picture is clear.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a checkered wood Mannlicher stock with traditional checkered capped pistol grip, checkered forend, sling swivels, forend nose cap, and Ruger Black buttpad. The action is bedded in the stock. The LOP measures 13.5” from the front of the trigger to the back of the rubber buttpad. There are some light scratches and compression marks. There is one small nick on the top of the buttstock. There are no chips or cracks. Overall the stock rates in Fine condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is some stubborn fouling half way down the barrel in the grooves that should come clean with a thorough cleaning.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows minimal wear. The screw heads are sharp. The pins are clean. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions as intended. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with its attached Leupold Scope in Excellent Condition with a crisp reticle and clear sight picture and only a minor nick on the left side of the tube. It also comes with its attached Nylon sling also in Excellent condition.
