Markings: The left side of the magwell is marked, “RUGER NEWPORT, NH USA SN 590-24337” with the Ruger Phoenix Logo. Behind the bolt catch is marked, “SR-556 FIRE SAFE”. The right side of the handguard is marked, “RUGER’. The barrel is marked, “6.8mm REM SPC”. The buttstock is marked “UTG PRO” on the buttplate. The BCG is marked with a Phoenix logo.
Barrel Length: 16”. 18” with BirdCage Flash Hider.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a low profile flip up post. The rear sight is a low profile flip up aperture sight. The top of the rifle has a monolithic uninterrupted picatinny rail system for all your favorite sights and optics.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The buttstock is a UTG PRO adjustable buttstock with Ambidextrous QD Mounts and sling ring. The handguard is an SR-556 Full Length Quad Rail System with rubber picatinny covers on the sides and top rails. The pistol grip is an ergonomic rubber molded pistol grip with finger grooves and stippled texture for optimum control and comfort. The trigger has been upgraded to a POF EFP Drop In Trigger. The LOP measures 14.75” from the front of the trigger to the back of the fully extended buttstock. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition.
Magazine Quantity & Condition: 6x 25 rd magazines and 1x 5rd magazine. Three are made by ASC Inc, one is Palmetto State, two are C Products LLC, and the 5rd is also C Products LLC. All magazines are in Very Good Condition with obvious use and light to moderate wear.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows minimal wear on the outside surface of the barrel, adjustable gas block and on a couple picatinnies . The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. There is some finish loss on the inside edge of the brass deflector. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Our Assessment: Ruger is a company that was founded on the idea of providing the average user with quality firearms at fair prices.
