Markings: The right side of the barrel is marked “WARNING: READ MANUAL FOR SAFE USE FREE FROM IMPORTER-BERETTA U.S.A., CORP ACKK,MD 20607”. The left side of the barrel is marked “CAL. 30-06 Sprg. MADE IN FINLAND”. The chamber is marked “SAKO IV 752737”. The buttpad is marked “LIMBSAVER”. The butt of the semi-pistol grip has a plate marked “SAKO”.

Sights/Optics: There are no provisions for iron sights on this rifle. The receiver is grooved for mounting an optic (rings included).
Stock Configuration and Condition: The stock is one-piece green/sage laminate with muted stainless metal and semi-pistol grip, fluted Monte Carlo comb with cheek-piece, and a”Limbsaver” rubber recoil pad. There are sling swivels front and rear. There is a white metal “SAKO” inlay in the grip cap. There are only light handling marks including a few small compressions on the right side of the stock near the floorplate. There are no chips or cracks. The checkering is sharp. The LOP measures 14.5” from the trigger to the rubber recoil pad. The recoil pad is soft and remains pliable. There is some disfigurement to the butt from heat. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 10/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is no significant wear present. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent overall condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all previously owned firearms, thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
