Markings: The receiver is marked with the serial number under the hinge “NS61412” The entire action is engraved with scrollwork and a dog and bird scene on each side. The 28 Gauge barrel is marked on the left side of the top barrel “28GA 2-¾” CHAMBER PROOF TESTED MADE BY NEW SKB ARMS COMPANY JAPAN”. On the monoblock left side “G397”, bottom “EV2 NS61412”, right side “SK/SK”. The bottom iron for the 28 Gauge is marked “NS61412”. The 410 Bore barrel set is marked “410GA 3” CHAMBER PROOF TESTED MADE BY NEW SKB ARMS COMPANY JAPAN”. The left side of the monoblock is marked “F811”, the bottom is marked “EV2 NS61412” The right marked “SK/SK”. The bottom iron for the 410 barrel is marked “NS61412”.
Barrel Length: Both Barrels are 26”
Choke: Both barrels have fixed chokes of Skeet over Skeet.
Sights / Optics: Both barrels have full length checkered vented ribs with white bead front sights and metal mid beads.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock and handguards are made out of hand checkered Walnut. The handguards have mid length finger shelves. The stock is a round bottom semi pistol grip straight comb stock with a rubber Pachmayr butt pad. Single trigger with manual safety. The checkering is very clean with well defined peaks. The wood of the stock has a few very minor scuffs and several very small depressions. Most notably on the rear top of the comb. Both handguards show almost no signs of wear or any notable marks. The wood on this shotgun is in overall Excellent condition given its age.

Bore Condition: The bores are almost mirror bright with no visible erosion. There is some fouling present in the last two inches of the barrels. In this writer’s opinion the bores rate 9/10.
Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is some thinning in places but the finish is still there. There are almost no signs of handling wear outside of the friction points inside the action. The screw heads are sharp and pins are unmarred. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Excellent Condition given its age.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
