The top of the receiver is marked “RUGER / RANCH RIFLE / CAL. 223”. The right side of the foregrip is marked “PAT-PEND / MADE IN / ISRAEL”. The left side of the grip is marked “FAB / DEFENSE”, “AG44-S”.
Barrel Length: 18.5”.
Sights / Optics: The top of the receiver and top of the handguard have picatinny rails for sight and optic options. The front sight is a detachable adjustable post sight. The rear sight is a detachable low profile flip up Ruger sight mounted to the picatinny rail.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is an Advanced Technology Inc polymer stock with folding collapsible M4 style buttstock with cheek piece with detachable rubber buttpad, polymer textured pistol grip, polymer upper handguard, and textured forend with picatinny quad rail system mounted with bipod and Fab Defense foregrip on the bottom position. The LOP measures 14.25” from the front of the trigger to the back of the extended buttplate. The stock rates in about Excellent overall condition. There are some faint scratches on the handguard.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is some minor build up. Needs a good cleaning.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows minor operational wear on the bolt carrier. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition. Please see photos for a better understanding of the rifle’s condition. There is some light operation wear and some dirty oil on the internals.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
