Markings: Left side of the receiver is marked “189-39834 / STURM RUGER & CO. INC. SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A.” with a warning label. The back of the receiver is marked, “RUGER MINI-THIRTY CAL.7.62 X 39” There is a proof mark on the top front of the receiver.

Barrel Length: 18.5”

Sights / Optics:  The front sight is a fixed serrated ramp blade. The rear is an adjustable rear peep sight. There are optics mounts on either side of the receiver.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is wood with semi-pistol grip, 2 sling rings, plastic buttpad. The top of the forend is a black plastic heat shield. There are very light  pressure dents. There are no chips or cracks. The stock is in Excellent condition.  The LOP measures 13” from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate.

Magazine Quantity & Condition: One 5 round magazine in Excellent condition.

Type of Finish: Blued, Wood, Polymer.

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.  In this writer’s opinion the bore rates at a 9/10.

Overall Condition:  This rifle retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are a few faint nicks and light action wear. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.  Please see our photos for a better understanding of this rifle’s condition.

Mechanics:  The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
