Markings: The left side of the barrel is marked “CAL. .22 HORNET / RAGING HORNET”. The right side of the barrel is marked “TAURUS”. The right side of the frame is marked “TAURUS”, “TAURUS INT.MFG. / MIAMI,FL.-USA”. Both sides of the grip have Taurus Medallions near the bottoms. The crane cut is marked “1821 / 22 H”. The crane is marked “1821”.
Barrel Length: 10” Vented Rib.
Sights / Optics: The front sight is a pinned blade to a fixed base at the front of the barrel. The rear sight is an adjustable rectangular notch sight pinned to the top strap.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are rubber with Taurus logo medallions inset on both sides. There is light handling wear with some of the texting slightly worn though it remains crisp overall. The grips rate in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright. There is no erosion. There is some minor fouling in the grooves. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This handgun retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is some light operation wear. The turn line is defined and crisp. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. There are some light handling marks and light scratches on the barrel exterior as well as two micro nicks on the bottom left edge of the muzzle and a very small ding on the bottom right under lug portion. Overall, this handgun rates in about Excellent condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
