Our Assessment: Everyone needs an SKS in their collection, as they look fantastic and feel great in your hands. A good example of an imported Tula Arsenal SKS, this simple and sturdy military rifle makes for a fun platform to shoot.  Coming from 1954, an early-mid production year for Tula, this SKS is a prime example of Russian production before going in on AK47 production.  The stock is original Tula Arctic birch and matches the receiver.  This is truly a rare SKS find and should find its home in the greatest of import collections.  Good Luck!
