Our Assessment: For more than a century, Winchester’s Model 1894 has served as the quintessential lever action rifle. The design is still in production today and finds favor with both hunters and those who just like shooting a lever action. This example is a Model 94AE Trapper chambered for the classic .44 Remington Magnum. This is a great little brush gun that is short, light and handy, able to accept a scope, and chambered for a cartridge that is good for hunting small to medium game where closer shots are expected. It has some scattered light wear and has a good bore, this will be a great shooter for decades to come. Everyone needs a 94, make this one yours! Please see our photos and good luck!

Please forgive any typos, I was educated in California. -Bud
