Our Assessment: The Yugoslavian M70AB2 is a variant of the Soviet AK-47 rifle that was developed and produced in Yugoslavia (now Serbia) during the 1970s. It is a gas-operated, 7.62x39mm caliber kalashnikov rifle that features a folding stock, a modified handguard, and grenade launcher sight. The M70AB2 was widely used by the Yugoslav People’s Army and also exported to other countries. Production of the M70AB2 ended in the early 1990s, but the rifle is still in use today in some countries.  It was widely used during the Yugoslav Wars in the 1990s, and has also been exported to other countries.

This M70AB2 by Century Arms is a wonderful example of the M70AB2 with original military parts including its distinct Yugo Aesthetic, under folder stock, flip up night sight, and grenade launcher sight that makes it one of the most stand out Kalashnikov rifles on the market.  It will make a nice addition to any Kalashnikov rifle collection.  Good Luck!
